Like other load-bearing parts of the Steel-O-Flex PHANTOM™ 8960, the sleeves are specially hardened and thus especially hard to break. The Steel-O-Flex PHANTOM™ 8960 is also comfortable: The Fidlock magnetic holder makes it much easier to remove and attach the cable lock to and from the bike.
